Return, Exchange, & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we're happy to help you place a new order or provide a refund for most items. 

Custom Sauna Orders

Custom sauna orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Neither a deposit nor any payments for a custom sauna will be refunded. Buyer is fully liable for entire payment of their custom sauna.

Non-Custom Sauna Orders (mPulse Smart Sauna, Amplify, Signature, Solo System)

Buyer has thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange if the non-custom sauna is in its original, unopened packaging. Any opened saunas are unable to be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Non-Custom Sauna Return or Exchange
  1. Contact Us: Reach out to your sales representative via email to request a return authorization. If you do not have a sales representative, contact our customer care team at customercare@sunlighten.com for assistance. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange within the body of the email.
  2. Prepare Your Package for Pickup: Sunlighten will be in contact to schedule pickup of the sauna.
How to Initiate a Non-Custom Sauna Cancellation

If your sauna has not shipped, please reach out to your sales representative via email. If you do not have a sales representative, contact our customer care team at customercare@sunlighten.com for assistance. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation within the body of the email.

Non-Custom Sauna Return, Exchange, & Cancellation Fees

All returns, exchanges, and cancellations may be subject to any or all of the following:

  1. Administrative fee of 3%
  2. Storage fees associated with re-routing the sauna
  3. Restocking fee of:
    • $299 USD for each Solo System 
    • $499 USD for each Amplify, mPulse, or Signature sauna 
  4. Return shipping fees to warehouse
  5. Shipping fees back to customer for exchanges

Sunlighten reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or cancellation of a sauna. Once item is received, inspected and restocked, buyer will be refunded via the original form of payment.

Non-Sauna Orders (Accessories, lumiNIR, Solo Rise, Solo Dome and SoloPad)

Buyer has thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Apparel, sheets, and towels must be in an unused and unwashed condition.  We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

How to Initiate a Non-Sauna Return or Exchange
  1. Contact Us: Email Sunlighten at shipping@sunlighten.com for assistance. Please include your order number and reason for return or exchange within the body of the email.
  2. Prepare Your Package for Shipping: Sunlighten will provide a prepaid shipping label. If possible, please return product in its original packaging.
  3. Ship it Back
Non-Sauna Return, Exchange, & Cancellation Fees

All returns, exchanges, and cancellations may be subject to any or all of the following:

  1. Administrative fee of 3%
  2. Restocking fee of:
    • $99 USD for each SoloPad
    • $299 USD for each Solo Dome
    • $499 USD for Solo Rise ($0 if returning with Solo System)

Once item is received, inspected and restocked, buyer will be refunded via the original form of payment.

Other Disclaimers

If buyer requests any change in payment method, a 3% administration fee will apply. Any returned checks or ACH transactions will be charged a $35 fee, and items will go back into inventory.
